Key Projects
Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio
Project Principal / Project Manager for the creation of the Special Delivery Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus. Believed to be the first of its kind on the area, the new 2-patient unit was designed to allow mothers to stay with their newborn babies while maintaining immediate access to the specialists providing care for their critical maternal illness. The scope of work included the creation of two labor/delivery/recovery rooms, a delivery room, triage space, infant resuscitation space, and associated support functions. The unit was located directly adjacent to a Pediatric Catheterization Lab that was constructed as part of this project. Total square footage of this project was 5,700 square feet with a construction cost of $2.1 million.
Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio
Project Principal / Project Manager for the creation of a new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus. The scope of work included the modification of patient rooms, patient toilet rooms, and related support areas in an existing inpatient unit to create a new 10-patient Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Total square footage of this project was 7,500 square feet with a construction cost of $1.25 million.
